Welcome to My Bag Lounge — a luxury handbag rental membership for the modern, elegant collector. By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to the following membership terms and conditions.

???? 1. Membership Tiers & Pricing

Classic Collection — Everyday Elegance

???? $49/month — 1 bag per month
- Average retail value: $1,000 per piece.
???? $99/month — 2 bags per month
- Average retail value: $1,000 per piece.

Prestige Collection — Elevated Luxury

???? $149/month — 1 bag per month
- Average retail value: $4,000 per piece.
???? $210/month — 3 bags per month
- Average retail value: $4,000 per piece.

✨ All plans include standard shipping and professional cleaning.

???? 2. How It Works

Members select their preferred bag(s) each billing cycle.
Bags are dispatched after successful payment.
Members may keep each bag for the duration of their rental term (usually 30 days).
Returns must be made by the due date using the prepaid return label.

???? 3. Billing & Auto-Renewal

All memberships are billed automatically each month on the same date.
You may cancel, pause or upgrade at any time before your next billing date through your account dashboard or by emailing support.
Late cancellation after billing will apply to the next cycle.

???? 4. Deposits & Authorisations

My Bag Lounge reserves the right to place a temporary security hold on your payment method for higher-value items.
If a bag is not returned or is returned damaged, appropriate fees may be charged as per our Damage & Liability Policy.

???? 5. Care & Responsibility

All items remain the property of My Bag Lounge.
Members are responsible for reasonable care of each bag during the rental period.
Event Protection may be purchased as an optional add-on for extra coverage against accidental damage.

???? 6. Late Returns & Non-Returns

Late returns may incur daily fees.
Non-return of items after 14 days of the due date may result in being charged the full replacement value of the bag.

✨ 7. Authenticity Notice

My Bag Lounge is an independent rental service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any designer brand, including Hermès or Chanel.
Our collection features designer-inspired and authentic pieces. Authentic luxury items are only available through our Concierge Sourcing Service, which may require a booking fee.
